After your order is placed and you receive a payment confirmation email your order will be processed through our system.
Once we have processed your order you will then receive SMS or email notifications from our courier; Interlink Express, tracking the journey of your order.
This delivery service, once Interlink Express have your parcel in their system, will be a next day delivery before 17.30. Orders placed before 1pm will, in most cases, be delivered the next day.
Interlink Express will attempt and re-attempt to deliver your parcel as part of our delivery service. If this is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will have to be paid for the parcel to be re-delivered to you. In this instance we will contact you to reconfirm the delivery address.
